Guidelines for Conducting of AP SA2 Exam 2024
Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has issued some guidelines for conducting examinations for several classes, which are mandatory for all to follow. All candidates and their parents should read these guidelines from the official website. All students, their parents, and all principals should read these instructions carefully so that they do not face any problems during the examination:
- The exam time for the primary section will be 8:30 am to 9:30 am in study hour.
- For the high school, the exam time has been kept in the afternoon session. This decision has been taken by the management.
- Morning time will be considered as study time for class 6 to class 9.
- If the school comes under the S.S.C. examination centre, then all the examinations from classes 1 to 9 will be conducted in the afternoon session.
- Confidentiality will be strictly followed to make the question papers available to all the Students.
- There is no internal assessment at the school level for class 8th.
- The bundle of question papers will be opened 15 minutes before the start of the examination every day.
- All the headmasters will take the necessary steps for packing the answer sheet for class 8 and carefully handover to the MEO by the evening of the examination day.
- All Head Masters will be present in the MRC to verify the adequacy of the question papers.
- All the headmasters will carefully hand over the answer sheets of class 8th to Mick after the completion of the examination every day.
These guidelines made by the School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh will be followed so that no violations take place during the examination period.
